Installation & Use

• Before Installation: Read the manufacturer's instructions completely and confirm the swing's rated weight capacity and mounting requirements.
• Choose a Suitable Location: Install only into a structurally sound, load-bearing mounting point capable of safely supporting the swing and all anticipated dynamic loads.
• Mounting Hardware: Use only manufacturer-approved hardware appropriate for the specific mounting surface. Included hardware may not be suitable for every structure.
• Professional Installation: Consult a qualified installer or structural professional if there is any uncertainty about the mounting location or hardware.
• Adjusting the Straps: Position the padded supports using the self-tightening buckles, ensuring all straps are secure and evenly adjusted.
• Before Each Use: Inspect the mounting point, torque bar, buckles, straps, stitching, and padded supports for wear or damage.
• During Use: Keep movements controlled and remain within the manufacturer's confirmed weight limit. Avoid sudden drops, jumping, or uncontrolled swinging.
• After Use: Inspect the swing for damage and store it in a clean, dry location when not in use.

Cleaning & Care

• Follow the manufacturer's specific cleaning instructions for the padded supports and nylon straps.
• Wipe accessible surfaces with a soft, slightly damp cloth and a mild cleaner suitable for the materials.
• Avoid soaking the swing or exposing metal components to excessive moisture unless the manufacturer specifically permits it.
• Allow all components to dry completely before storage.
• Check straps, stitching, buckles, mounting hardware, and the torque bar regularly for damage or deterioration.
• Discontinue use immediately if any structural component shows signs of wear or failure.

Important Safety Information: Suspension equipment must be installed correctly to prevent serious injury. Never attach the swing to drywall, decorative ceiling panels, light fixtures, or other surfaces not confirmed to be load-bearing. The manufacturer has not provided a maximum weight rating in the supplied product information, so the swing should not be used until its rated capacity and installation requirements are confirmed. Dynamic movement can create forces greater than the users' combined static weight. Do not suspend users by the neck, leave anyone unattended in the swing, or use damaged equipment. Keep a stable support surface nearby and ensure participants can exit safely.

Staff Tip

Before purchasing, confirm where the swing will be mounted and whether the structure can safely support it. The included hardware does not guarantee compatibility with every ceiling or support system. If permanent mounting isn't suitable, ask about compatible swing stands, which are sold separately. Always verify the swing's rated capacity before use.
