Refund policy

Due to the intimate and personal nature of the products we sell, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products, including unopened items.

This policy helps ensure every customer receives a clean, unused product and allows us to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and safety.

If you have questions before purchasing, our knowledgeable team is happy to help online or in-store so you can shop with confidence.

To help customers feel comfortable purchasing online, we provide detailed product information including manufacturer descriptions, dimensions, and product images. Customers are also welcome to visit one of our five retail locations to view products in person before purchasing.

Source Adult Toys has been in business for many years and operates multiple physical retail locations. You can trust us to provide a professional, discreet, and trouble-free shopping experience.
