Explore added texture and enhanced dimensions with the Tom of Finland Textured Girth Enhancer Extension by XR. This clear, stretchy TPR penis extension sleeve is designed to fit over the penis, adding external girth and a textured surface for partnered play. Its flexible construction and integrated ball strap offer a distinctive alternative to traditional enhancement sleeves.

The sleeve features raised internal nubs and ribbing designed to create additional friction against the wearer, while external ribbed detailing provides texture along the outside. Measuring 7.5 inches long with an unstretched inner diameter of 1.5 inches, the enhancer is designed to stretch around the wearer while providing a fuller external profile.

An integrated scrotal strap helps keep the sleeve positioned during use. Made from flexible TPR, this Tom of Finland accessory is compatible with both water-based and silicone-based lubricants according to the manufacturer. A complimentary Tom of Finland collector card and dog tag are also included.

Use & Care

• Before Use: Inspect the TPR sleeve, internal textures, and integrated ball strap for tears, cracks, or damage.
• Lubrication: Apply a compatible water-based or silicone-based lubricant to help position the sleeve comfortably. The manufacturer lists both lubricant types as suitable.
• Fitting the Sleeve: Gently stretch the sleeve into position without forcing it. Ensure the internal texture does not create uncomfortable pressure or friction.
• Ball Strap: Position the integrated strap only if it fits comfortably without compressing or pulling the scrotum. Do not force the 0.5-inch unstretched opening.
• During Use: Check comfort and circulation regularly. Remove immediately if pain, numbness, tingling, swelling, or skin discolouration occurs.
• Cleaning: Wash thoroughly with warm water and mild soap after each use, paying attention to the internal nubs and ribbed surfaces.
• Drying: Rinse and allow the sleeve to dry completely before storing. Follow any additional manufacturer care instructions.
• Storage: Store separately in a clean, cool, dry location away from direct sunlight and other soft-material toys.

Important Safety Information: The integrated ball strap may place pressure on sensitive tissue. Its 0.5-inch opening is an unstretched measurement, not a recommended fit. Never force the strap into place or continue wearing it if circulation or comfort is affected. Avoid prolonged continuous wear and remove immediately if pain, numbness, swelling, or discolouration occurs. TPR can be more porous than non-porous silicone, so clean carefully and avoid sharing the sleeve without an appropriate barrier. The product's actual added length and girth are not specified by the manufacturer and will vary with fit.

Staff Tip

Check the sleeve's 1.5-inch unstretched inner diameter and the ball strap's 0.5-inch unstretched opening before purchasing. Use compatible lubricant when fitting the sleeve, and make sure the scrotal strap remains comfortable without excessive tension. The internal and external ribbing provide texture, while the clear material keeps the design visually understated.
