CleanStream Pump Action Enema Bottle by XR
Take more control over your personal cleansing routine with the CleanStream Pump Action Enema Bottle by XR. This complete manual cleansing kit includes a 300 mL graduated bottle, hand pump, 17.5-inch flexible hose and petite silicone nozzle, providing a convenient alternative to a traditional squeeze bulb, shower attachment or gravity-fed system.
The bottle features measurement markers along the side, making it easier to monitor how much liquid has been added. A syringe-style hand pump transfers liquid from the bottle through the flexible hose and nozzle, giving you direct manual control over the flow.
The smooth silicone nozzle measures approximately 4.5 inches long and 0.5 inches in diameter. Its petite profile includes a rounded, bulb-shaped tip with multiple side-facing openings that distribute liquid outward rather than directing the entire flow straight ahead.
The manufacturer specifies that this system is not compatible with silicone lubricant. For comfortable nozzle positioning, choose an option from Source Adult Toys' Water-Based Lubricants collection. For equipment care, browse our Toy Cleaners collection.

300 mL Graduated Bottle
The reservoir holds up to 300 mL / approximately 10.1 fl oz and includes measurement markings along the bottle. This makes it easier to see how much liquid has been added without having to estimate the volume.
The 300 mL figure represents the bottle's maximum capacity. The entire volume does not need to be used during every cleansing session.
Manual Pump-Action Control
Instead of squeezing the reservoir itself, this CleanStream system uses a dedicated manual pump. Syringe-style handles provide a controlled way to move liquid from the bottle through the 17.5-inch hose and into the nozzle.
Use slow, gentle pump movements. More pressure does not provide a better cleanse, and liquid should never be forced against resistance.
Petite Silicone Nozzle
At approximately 0.5 inches / 1.3 cm in diameter, the nozzle has a relatively slim profile. The smooth silicone construction and rounded bulb-shaped tip are designed for comfortable positioning when adequately lubricated.
Multiple openings around the sides of the tip distribute liquid outward during use rather than concentrating all of the flow at the end of the nozzle.
17.5-Inch Flexible Hose
A 17.5-inch / approximately 44.5 cm hose connects the pump assembly to the nozzle. This gives you room to comfortably position the bottle and operate the hand pump without requiring a shower attachment or gravity-fed bag.
How to Use
Make sure the bottle, hose, pump and nozzle are clean before assembly.
For routine anal rinsing, fill the bottle with an appropriate amount of plain lukewarm water unless a healthcare professional has instructed you to use a specific enema solution.
Securely connect the pump, hose and nozzle according to the manufacturer's instructions. Check the connections before use.
Apply a generous amount of water-based lubricant to the silicone nozzle. Do not use silicone lubricant, as the manufacturer specifically identifies it as incompatible with this product.
Position the nozzle slowly and gently. The full 4.5-inch nozzle length does not need to be inserted.
Operate the pump gradually to introduce liquid at a comfortable rate. Avoid forceful pumping or attempting to introduce liquid against resistance.
Allow the water to empty naturally. Repeat only as needed rather than continuing until the water is completely clear.
Stop if you experience pain, bleeding, significant cramping or persistent discomfort.
Personal Cleansing Safety
For routine anal rinsing, plain lukewarm water is a conservative choice unless you have been directed to use another solution by an appropriate healthcare professional.
Avoid very hot or very cold water. Test the temperature externally before use.
Do not add household soap, alcohol, hydrogen peroxide, disinfectants, essential oils or sex toy cleaner to water intended for routine internal rinsing.
Use the pump slowly. Excessive pressure can cause discomfort and is unnecessary for effective routine cleansing.
Avoid excessive or repeated rinsing, which can irritate sensitive tissue. Stop for pain, bleeding, significant cramping or persistent discomfort.
Lubricant Compatibility
Do not use silicone lubricant with this product. The supplied manufacturer information specifically states that the Pump Action Enema Bottle is not compatible with silicone lubricants.
Use a water-based lubricant generously on the nozzle to provide additional glide during positioning.
Browse Source Adult Toys' Water-Based Lubricants collection for compatible options.
Cleaning & Care
The manufacturer recommends cleaning the system with mild soap and warm water after use.
Disassemble removable components so the bottle, pump, hose, nozzle and connection points can be cleaned thoroughly.
Flush the hose and nozzle openings thoroughly to remove any remaining residue. Pay particular attention to the side-facing nozzle holes.
You can also browse Source Adult Toys' Toy Cleaners collection for compatible cleaning products. Always confirm compatibility with silicone and polyethylene before use.
Rinse all cleaning residue away and allow the bottle, pump, hose and nozzle to dry completely before reassembly and storage.
Staff Tip
Use the pump for control, not maximum pressure. The advantage of this system is the ability to introduce liquid gradually. Start with slow pump movements and a well-lubricated nozzle, and use the bottle's measurement markings to keep track of how much water you've prepared.
