Adam & Eve Starter Penis Pump
The Adam & Eve Starter Penis Pump is a straightforward manual vacuum pump designed for users who want an approachable introduction to penis pumps. Its clear chamber, ergonomic hand pump, cushioned silicone sleeve and quick pressure-release valve provide the essential features needed for controlled vacuum pumping.
The manual pump creates negative pressure around the penis, which can temporarily draw additional blood into the erectile tissue. The transparent chamber lets you monitor positioning throughout use, while measurement markings provide a convenient visual reference.
Each pull of the ergonomic handle lets you gradually increase the vacuum rather than applying full pressure immediately. An instant pressure-release valve provides an important way to quickly reduce the vacuum whenever needed and makes chamber removal easier.
The Starter Pump measures 8.75 inches long by 2.25 inches wide and combines an ABS plastic chamber with a cushioned silicone sleeve. The manufacturer specifies water-based lubricant only for this model. Browse our Water-Based Lubricants and Toy Cleaners collections for compatible essentials.

Controlled Manual Vacuum
The Starter Pump uses a manual hand-operated vacuum system. Pulling the ergonomic handle removes air from the chamber, gradually creating negative pressure.
Vacuum pumping can temporarily increase penile engorgement by drawing blood into the erectile tissue. Results are temporary, and this product should not be presented as permanently increasing penis size.
Clear Chamber with Measurements
The transparent chamber makes it easy to monitor positioning throughout a pumping session. Measurement markings along the chamber also provide a visual reference.
Measurements taken during vacuum pumping should not be interpreted as evidence of permanent enlargement. Temporary changes can occur as a normal result of the vacuum.
Ergonomic Pump & Crimp-Free Hose
An ergonomically shaped handle provides manual control over the vacuum, allowing pressure to be introduced progressively rather than all at once.
The air hose is designed to resist crimping and tangling, helping maintain consistent airflow between the chamber and hand pump.
Instant Pressure-Release Valve
A pressure-release valve is an important part of the Starter Pump's design. Activating the valve lets air back into the chamber, reducing the vacuum and allowing easier removal.
The release should always remain accessible during use so pressure can be reduced immediately if anything becomes uncomfortable.
Cushioned Silicone Sleeve
A soft silicone sleeve at the chamber opening helps create the seal required for vacuum pumping while providing cushioning between the rigid ABS chamber and the body.
A small amount of compatible water-based lubricant around the opening can help improve comfort and assist in creating a seal.
How to Use
Inspect the chamber, silicone sleeve, hose and pressure-release mechanism before each use. Do not use the pump if any component is cracked, damaged or malfunctioning.
Apply a small amount of water-based lubricant around the chamber opening and body to help create a comfortable seal.
Position the chamber and begin pumping slowly. Increase the vacuum gradually rather than trying to reach maximum pressure quickly.
Use only enough vacuum to create a comfortable effect. More pressure is not necessarily better.
Use the pressure-release valve immediately if you experience pain, numbness, unusual discoloration, significant discomfort or other concerning symptoms.
Release the vacuum completely before removing the chamber.
Important Pump Safety
Penis pumps create temporary vacuum pressure and should be used conservatively. Never continue pumping through pain or numbness.
Avoid excessive pressure or prolonged uninterrupted sessions. The supplied information does not provide a maximum pressure or session duration, so follow the current Adam & Eve instructions included with the product.
Stop immediately if you experience pain, loss of sensation, significant bruising, unusual discoloration or swelling that causes concern.
People with bleeding disorders, reduced genital sensation, certain vascular conditions, or those taking blood-thinning medication should seek medical guidance before using a vacuum erection device.
Cleaning & Care
Clean body-contact components after use according to Adam & Eve's current instructions.
Use a cleaning method suitable for the silicone and ABS components. Avoid allowing water to enter components that the manufacturer does not identify as washable or waterproof.
Rinse removable washable components thoroughly when appropriate and allow everything to dry completely before reassembly and storage.
Inspect the hose, seals and release valve periodically. Air leaks or damaged seals can prevent the pump from maintaining consistent vacuum pressure.
Lubricant Compatibility
The supplied manufacturer information specifies water-based lubricant only for the Adam & Eve Starter Penis Pump.
A small amount around the silicone sleeve can help provide comfortable positioning and assist with creating an effective seal.
Avoid substituting silicone- or oil-based formulas unless Adam & Eve specifically confirms compatibility with this model.

Staff Tip
With a penis pump, gradual pressure matters more than maximum pressure. Start slowly and use only enough vacuum to produce a comfortable effect. Keep the pressure-release valve within easy reach throughout the session so you can immediately reduce the vacuum whenever necessary.
