Enhance length, girth, and realistic sensation with the Size Matters Ultra Real 1" Solid Tip Extension by XR. Designed for consensual partnered play, this soft TPE penis extension features lifelike sculpted detailing, a flexible shaft sleeve, and a solid tip designed to add approximately one inch of length.

The Ultra Real Extension fits over the penis, with a separate opening and strap designed to fit around the scrotum for added retention. Once positioned comfortably, the sleeve provides additional external length and girth while maintaining a soft, realistic feel.

Made from flexible thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), this light-coloured extension has a smooth, lifelike texture. The manufacturer confirms compatibility with both water-based and silicone-based lubricants, allowing you to choose your preferred formula.

Measuring 8.5 inches overall with a manufacturer-listed insertable length of 6.25 inches and an unstretched diameter of 1.75 inches, the Size Matters Ultra Real Extension offers a substantial profile. The shaft opening and scrotal strap opening each measure approximately 1 inch in diameter when unstretched.

With realistic detailing, a solid extension tip, and a flexible retention design, this sleeve offers a versatile option for adults interested in exploring additional size during partnered play.

Use & Care

• Before Use: Inspect the extension for tears, cracks, surface damage, or defects. Clean thoroughly before first use.
• Choosing Lubricant: The manufacturer confirms compatibility with water-based and silicone-based lubricants. Apply a suitable amount to the sleeve and intended contact areas.
• Fitting the Sleeve: Gently position the penis inside the shaft opening without forcing or overstretching the material.
• Positioning the Strap: Carefully place the scrotal retention strap around the scrotum, ensuring it rests comfortably without pinching or excessive pressure.
• Fit & Comfort: The openings measure 1 inch in diameter when unstretched. Stop immediately if the sleeve or strap causes pain, numbness, coldness, swelling, or changes in skin colour.
• During Use: Use sufficient compatible lubricant, proceed gradually, and avoid excessive force or friction.
• Removal: Gently remove the scrotal strap and slide off the sleeve without pulling sharply or forcing the material.
• Cleaning: Wash with mild soap and warm water after use, paying attention to the interior sleeve and strap openings.
• Hygiene: TPE can be more porous than silicone and may be more difficult to sanitize completely. Consider an appropriate barrier for partnered use and avoid sharing without adequate hygiene precautions.
• Drying: Rinse thoroughly and allow the extension to dry completely before storage.
• Storage: Store separately in a clean, cool, dry location away from direct sunlight, excessive heat, sharp objects, and other soft-material toys.

Important Safety Information: This product is intended for consensual adult use. The integrated scrotal strap may restrict circulation if it is too tight or worn for too long. Remove the extension immediately if you experience numbness, tingling, swelling, pain, coldness, or changes in skin colour. Do not sleep while wearing it or continue use if discomfort occurs. The manufacturer has not supplied a maximum safe wear time, so do not rely on a fixed duration as a substitute for monitoring comfort and circulation. Use plenty of compatible lubricant and never force insertion. The manufacturer has not confirmed that this extension has a flared, anal-safe base, so it should not be used for anal insertion unless its retrieval-safe design is independently verified.

Staff Tip

The Size Matters Ultra Real Extension is a good option for shoppers interested in a realistic sleeve that adds both length and girth. The solid tip provides approximately one additional inch, while the integrated scrotal strap helps retain the sleeve. Check the unstretched 1-inch shaft and strap openings carefully before purchasing, and prioritize a comfortable fit that does not restrict circulation.
